Contribution Terms
Guidelines for Contributing to OpenSettings and Related Repositories
By submitting a contribution (code, documentation, or other materials) to any of the repositories under OpenSettings repositories, you agree to the following terms. Please read these carefully before submitting any contributions.
All contributions to any repository under OpenSettings are licensed under the MIT License for the Community Edition unless otherwise specified. By contributing, you acknowledge that you do not retain ownership or licensing rights over your contributions, and that OpenSettings reserves the right to modify, merge, and redistribute them.
Contributions made to OpenSettings repositories do not grant you the right to assert any patents or proprietary rights over the software or code, nor can you file patent claims on any portion of the OpenSettings software or its derivatives.
Contributors must ensure that their contributions comply with the licensing terms of the OpenSettings repositories (MIT License for Community Edition, or Paid Editions for commercial use). By submitting a contribution (via GitHub pull requests, issues, or other methods), you agree to these Contribution Terms.
OpenSettings reserves the right to update these Contribution Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or within the respective repositories, and continued submission of contributions will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
