Understand the rules and agreements for using OpenSettings

"OpenSettings" refers to the software, including both the Community and Paid Editions.
"We," "us," "our" refer to OpenSettings developers and maintainers.
"You," "User" refers to anyone using OpenSettings.
The Community Edition is released under the MIT License, allowing users to use, modify, and distribute it freely.
Paid Editions of OpenSettings, such as Personal, Pro and Enterprise versions are governed by a custom license. Paid Editions require a valid license key and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.
You can review the full terms of the license here.
All payments for OpenSettings Paid Editions, once the license key is issued and sent to the recipient, are final and non-refundable.
OpenSettings is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this software.
We do not collect, store, or track user data within the OpenSettings software. However, please note that when you interact with external links (e.g., GitHub or other third-party websites), their data collection and privacy practices may differ. Any personal data you provide (e.g., via support requests) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Your access to OpenSettings may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms. In such cases, you must immediately stop using OpenSettings, remove all copies of the software from your devices, and refrain from sharing, distributing, or using the license key in any form.
These Terms are established by OpenSettings. Any disputes related to OpenSettings will be addressed in a fair and reasonable manner.
OpenSettings may include a Sponsors page within the Community Edition, listing sponsors and their associated companies, logos, and external links. If you click on any of these external links, the application will prompt you to confirm the redirect to an external website. Please be aware that these external sites are not controlled by OpenSettings, and their privacy policies and data collection practices may differ. We are not responsible for any interactions you have with third-party websites or services.
By becoming a sponsor of OpenSettings, you agree to the Sponsorship Terms. These terms outline sponsorship classification, visibility conditions, data retrieval, and our right to modify or remove sponsorship details. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
OpenSettings reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the software will signify your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
